What would you guys recomend for some first modifications?
The MGW short throw is already on its way and the owner has bassani exhaust on it. Other than that its bone stock. Any suggestions?

Oh yeah IRS brace, very important unless you want to break the diff. If you are gonna have someone do othe work for you have PSR do it.
Dan-How many cars do you own?

Thanks Dan but i wanted a car that was pretty much stock that way i can build my own baby!
I have taken my GT to PSR, they do amazing work!
Sooner or later im thinking about going to a solid rear axle.

You mean kind of like when it goes...kaboom!
I still say that we need to line you up someone who wants an IRS and do you that swap. Too bad we can't just swap your gt's rear out because we still don't know what's wrong with the damned thing.

This is the Cobra on SRA.....

I didnt originally this switch to the Solid would be worth it but I love it. Feels like I have more control. No wheel hop and it sticks now with the Mega Bite Jr. Control Arms.
I would make the SRA swap my first mod if I bought a Cobra. Trust me it will really pay off once you start adding more power or break the IRS once LOL. Plus I have drove a few different Cobras in my day and the ones with a SRA are the most fun to drive on and off the track.
Oh ya - CONGRATS on picking up a CO Cobra those are my favorite ones.

im going to definitely do the swap, but thats not quite in the budget especially after just getting it.
how my does it usualy cost to make the swap?

I spent more doing it myself. I spent like over 4k and PSR quoted me less than that. I dont remember the exact quote, just hit them up. I did have alot of fun doing it. Met some cool guys over at stage 3 during that time.
