what type of cat back

I've been putting off buying a cat back for my car for many reasons...finally i'm ready. I would appreciate some recommendations / opinions on the different systems available for 2001 gt.

I'm leaning towards a JBA now.

About a year ago I had my single pipe and single stock V6 muffler replaced with true dual setup (no X or H pipe) with Magnaflow mufflers. Not too loud and just throaty enough for me. Shop that did the work was Pro Dyno in Tempe 480-967-5550. Charles at their shop is very good.

I had the slp loudmouth on both my mach 1 and 04 cobra. Sound was good but very loud with an x pipe.

I went with JBA but I have axel backs since my car is an 07. But JBA makes a great exhaust system for cat or axel back. If you are wondering how the exhaust may sound on your car you might try going to U TUBE and do a search on Mustang exhaust, that is what I did and that helped me make up my mind. Several different exhaust Mustang videos are found there.

i had SLP loundmouth 2 on my 04 GT. sounded really nice and i got a lot of compliments. I have bassani cat back and x pipe on my 04 cobra and i love it.
