What does the average terminater with a stock S/C meaning unported, with every bolt-on possible(smallest pulley) trap and how much power do they put down?

It will be in the mid to high 11's no problem.

Probably about 460-480 RWHP

118-120 MPH.

If it is a full weight car, good driver, and a 1.7 or better 60ft.
