Not sure how the 95's work, but does you car have a spout connector that has to be pulled to set the base timing?

Yeah good question...I know you went carb and ditched all the EFI stuff...so I'd imagine he isnt using that stuff anymore because he got a carb specific dizzy
And I remeber him saying he ditched the EEC
