I would do NGK TR7IX Not sure about the gap...

whats the difference between going one step colder than 2 steps colder on the plug?
what do you think about those autolites AR94' s?

I use the NGK BR7EF. They are 2 steps colder and I have no idle or drivability issues.

I have run as low as 15 PSI with no problems.

I can't see why it would be an issue. I have no problems just cruising around.
