my car seems to randomely over heat is any one eles having this problem changed the cap and the t stat doing pressure tests now but finding no problems to fix the old cap tested fine just replaced it cuz it was a good idea

yes i took the cap off the coolant pipe and filled it from there. ..ran the car a checked it again it was full i also made sure the tank stayed full all is full ? who knows mabe the cap will fix it

i had my coolant tank crack on me once causing it to over heat. i would swap the t-stat to be safe and drill some holes in it. after a new evans water pump, t- stat w/ holes, LFP radiator, my car ran real cool here.

i had to "burp" mine about 3-4 times after swapping the coolant tank to get all the air out of the system....

I found that it burps easy if you have the front of the car jacked up or on ramps.
