Try around 20 PSI to start on radials.
I'll give it a shot, bought an air tank so I can pump 'em back up for the drive home tomorrow afternoon. :veryhappy: Doing the club day at Speedworld, hope I can make it past first round. I suck bracket racing with a stick. Used to do good with the auto in my GS. If anyone else wants to run with us, we're a work club, but we invite anyone for more fun. We'll be under the Palo Verde Hot Rods group. After some time trials we kick in $20 each and do a bracket. We give half to charity and split the other half to the winner & runner up.
Tried a few different things yesterday. Stuck in the 14.3's with 2.3 60' times. Now it was almost 100 degreees out yesterday at a track that's at about 2000 feet. But excuses aside, I lowered the tires to 20 pounds and what a difference. I could leave a little harder. Ran a couple of 13.9's with 2.1 60's and in the finals ran a 13.89 with a 2.0 60' time. A little cooler weather should bring better times. Of course we won't see THAT for 6 months! http://www.fnsweet.com/forums/images/smilies/homer.gif

Try riding the clutch out more next time. Once you start to smell it you'll know you're doing it right and you 60 foot times should be in the high 1.7 to low 1.8 range. With the street radials, that's the only way you'll improve the 60 foot time.
assuming hes a stick.
1.7 might be a little too hopeful for 18" street radial tires i think like 1.85s

I've done a best of 1.74 on my stock F1's on the Cobra, but your number would be correct for an average driver.
