I was refering to something more along the lines of a betting pool. Rather than taking a survey or poll. But ur prolly right my gammar sucks even after a college. Not sure what u mean by CR. If its Car......... its a 96 cobra. Hey Burnt Toast, why are you not racing this weekend?????????//

CR=8.5:1
almost afraid to ask: SAE

society of automotive engineers, basically its how horsepower/torque is calculated to a "standard" based on weather/altitude.
SAE is the factor
theres going to be a big horsepower difference between a 17psi motor with 8.2 CR and one with 9.7CR etc. thats why i was asking. my trans am made 881rwhp on 22psi turbo, but it also only had a 8.5CR

makes sense. Im gonna research this and actually understand the math. Appreciate the info. Dan did comment that it would make 6+. My concern is belt slip. But this is all really moot at this point.I gotta learn how to drive first. And then the trick is going to be not destroying the car before i learn.

+1.....Mine collapsed over the winter.:sad-smiley-047:
As far as the power...I am going to say...580's.....Depends on the tune and the correction factor.
