yeap..decided to do it. Funny thing is, we go to "capture" the r134 (or whatever it is) and it was empty!!!! go figure..sprung a leak before it was even turned on. so all the lines, condenser, evap and compressor are gone! Condenser was terrible...had to remove the rad overflow (hence spillage) and loosen the rad to tilt it back and yank up the condenser. cleaned up the left side a little bit but have to move some stuff around and dropped about 30lbs off the nose.

brand new they are $575...:jaw-dropping:
I got mine used for much cheaper. It is an EXCELLENT piece though as its made to use the Mecto lower pullies WITHOUT the hub. So all you do is bolt the pulley to it and sell the hub to someone that wants one!

I went with the same brakes when I had the rear for my 88 GT done. Here's a pic of the axel tube supports I had done on mine. There's a member on turbomustangs.com (snoopstang) that sells them for $99 shipped. I know he post on numerous Mustang Boards under the same name if you want to contact him. All of the components are top notch.

Spring on my clutch pedal...yes...the clutch pedal is still in. It will be utilized as the Trans brake switch. Th elittle switch under the dash is to kill the power to the pedal in case of accidental touching while on the street

I know a few guys have taken GT Brake Brackets and milled out the center hole to clear the 9" bearings. That way you can keep your cobra calipers and use GT rotors.

no time to mess around right now...the rear end has been at the shop for 6 weeks for a 1 week job due to some unforseen events. ive missed a few things i have gone to every year already and im pretty pissed...just want the car on the road.
