Hi all i am after some advice about fitting the accufab TB+ Plenum to my O3 cobra.

Question is - is it worth the money and is it just a straight bolt-on or do I need to get a re-tune?

Any advise gratefully received!!

Jas.

I can only help you partially cause I installed a 2.76 pulley at the same time so I had to re-tune. I also got it used from a friend so I got a really good deal. It's a noticeable difference I'd say. Throttle response was better. It doesn't feel choked or like the motor is starving for air.

I'd say this...collect the parts you want installed and get it all tuned then. At the time I did this I didn't want to keep paying for a tune every time I bought something. I know some companies have "lifetime" tunes if you buy a SCT XCal from them but I have no experience in any of that so I can't vouch for any particular company.

Hi Krazyazian

Thank you for your help,I have gone down the road of 2.93 pullet SB TB and X4 flash tuner.
Makes a big difference lol.

If you have "sticking" issue with your TB get back with me and I'll run you through the fix for it. Some have it, some don't. Hopefully you are one of the lucky ones...me not so much...LOL
