11/3/12: CMC Pizza Party!

Saturday 11/3/12 5pm: Annual CMC Pizza party. This is a FREE event for current members and their families. Wear your CMC name badges and check in at the front door.

Please note the new location-Upper Crust Pizza-20235 North Cave Creek Road #111 Phoenix. (Cave Creek Road and Loop 101 North Phoenix)

Arrive by 5pm and we will start eating around 5:30pm.

Here come the people we never see at any event or meetings or shows that come to inhale free pizza with there whole family. You guys should change this somehow so that people have had to attend a few meeting or participated in some CMC events. For membership dues of 25.00 a year people get a free pancake breakfast, a free ice cream social and this free pizza party. That's a bargain for 25.00, seems the club loses money on this one.

I know. Then how do you track people that have to show up for an event? More work and less volunteers. I have not gotten one RSVP yet. Maybe no one is coming? They can't say they didn't know to RSVP, they had to read it when they read the new address.

They should do something along the lines of whomever is bringing someone to the pizza party must have attended at least 3 monthly meetings and 1 CMC sponsored event to be eligible. Last year there were so many people there I had never seen. People were taking 3-4 pieces of pizza at a time. Not that my fat azz needs it, but Bonnie and I literally had 4 pieces of pizza. They brought 2 pizzas out right before the end and there was some really fat lady, she had 4 pieces of pizza on her plate, taking the last ones, I said to her "I've only had 2 pieces and your taking 4?" She said sorry about your luck and took the last of the pizza. :yikes:

Ill be the first to RSVP that Bonnie and I should be there, the only thing that could change that is if I'm just to tired from Sema since we will be coming home that Friday the 2nd.

We are being seated at tables of 8~10 people and will be served two pizzas per table plus wings and soft drinks. And we'll see what next year's Pizza Committee comes up with....
