Well after 8 years of the Cobra I finally decided to move on. The car just pulled away driven by its new owner. I was sad to see it go, but I am already thinking whats next. I am waiting to see what 2015 has to offer.

I'd say you had some great times with that car! Congrats on the sale!

I lost interest in the car. If I ever decide to drag race again it will have to be something that goes 8's as 9's are still boring to me :snicker: The new owner is very excited about the car. I spent 4 hours going over everything with him.
I am awaiting to see what 2015 has to offer. I hope they have a turbo setup.
I know it was tuff, onto bigger n better!

I like the car, but hate working on it. It was just a matter of time before something would need fixed. I am looking for a nice driver in the future.

Not close enough to be a threat lol. Jk. You should go with the new viper that's coming out. Its sick. Looks like a Gen 2 and its rated at 650 in n/a stock form. The plus side to that is dodge did a forged bottom end in it specifically "for turbocharging". That's a car you won't get bored of. Id sell my left nut and my first born for one! Lol

Lol I would never spend that kind of cash on a new car. I like to buy and build monsters.

Have fun day-dreaming of your next build but do it right. I've had 6 mustangs in the last 10 years and my Terminator is the only one I miss.

I miss the terminator with the 6 speed. The 3 speed auto took away the street fun, but made it bullet proof at the track. I still miss my 90 LX 5.0.

I am thinking about selling mine next year, but I know what I want. I want a new 2013 Shelby. :)

I know this feeling, I grew up in the DSM's and had 3. The 3rd one had a lot of work in and fun times as well. Hopefully you can find the same in the next car.
Ford has said they're doing an Ecoboost 4cyl in the next gen, I doubt they do anything more than an Ecoboost V6 but HAWT DAUM it would be nice if they did a boosted V8 again.

I don't miss mine yet. Next car is going to be a nice driver. If I want to drag race again I will need something in the 8's to keep me un bored.
