Removing Headrests from SN95 < placing seat covers over front seats

I need to know the trick used to get the headrests in a 95 gt to release from mount so I can install new seat cover!! Please Help

No button on the top of the seat around the rod?

Thanks Guys! I do have the type that have a lock down inside the bar holding the headrest, which the link you sent talks about. Im gonna try first thing tomorrow.
