Couple cheaper options:

Ford Mustang Custom Front Bumper /Rear Bumper Covers by ABC Exclusive (http://www.abcexclusive.com/bumpers_main.htm#co03rbc)
ABC also sells the smooth rear bumper and its pretty cheap
Pershing Auto parts is no longer in business, they used to be the cheapest including paint and shipping.

eBay has a bumper painted and shipped for about $300. I know some of the guys on other forums have picked this up and they say the paint and fitment are really good.

Just a heads up on that ABC rear smooth cobra bumper, I was really interested in that but when I did some reading up on other forums I saw that the fit was pretty bad, to the point that a bodyshop didnt want to try to even make it work. Not trying to discourage anyone but just sharing info I found over on the Mach 1 registry boards.
