Lookin for help on a 1999 SVT Cobra

My nephew is looking to buy a 99 SVT Cobra/450 HP, and I am looking for someone out in the Mesa area that could look it over to make sure it is good to go. I am pretty sure it has been ran like a raped ape and don't want to see him buy someones problem.

I had a 99. I would want to get the car on a lift if I was looking at it. Look at the IRS center section for leaks.

99 with 450? Whats done? Those 99s were very picky with boost....Whats he looking to spend? I know a couple stockish 03 Cobras going for cheap right now
