Going back to AZ Diff to have my gear oil changed on Saturday. I have noticed over the last month or so that the rear-end has started to whine on deceleration. Will changing the gear oil help this or will they need to make an adjustment to it?
Also, they plan on using their own oil. Is there a better brand I can take with me as far as synthetic or just stay with theirs?
Thanks!

I havent changed my gear oil yet, sense ive put them in there. I used Royal Purple, and to this day i dont have any gear whine either. I honestly have no idea what it could be? Maybe Dennis knows? or Burntire?

Gear Lube Change will not stop the whine. I run Amsoil lube.

I use Royal Purple Max Gear. Amsoil products are good too.

Thanks guys I will hit up Checker tomorrow. I will see what they say about the whine on Saturday. I may be replacing the 3.73's with 4.10's in the near future anyway.
