Late Saturday night/Sunday morning Alex (Ahawkins) was assaulted. He was put in the hospital and at this point right now is still there. He is in good spirits and doing a lot better. Last I talked to him he was supposed to get out this morning. What I know is that he was laying down on the ground and was kicked to the head repeatedly in front of many witnesses. This was not a fight, he was laying on the ground and posed no threat. There was no words exchanged before the attack or anything. The guy just decided to start kicking. His Zygomatic bone (cheekbone) was broken in 3 places, they had to reattach part of his ear. The attacker was arrested but nothing beyond that is known.

It was my understanding that he had been drinking and had fallen over. The witnesses did grab the guy as soon as they realized what was going on. It happened a little away from the group.

Hello everyone, thank you for your wishes I really appreciate it. For kind of a quick snyopsis, I was riding in a limo back to the apartment complex where we all met up and as soon as we parked I ran out because I had to throw up due to me having too much to drink. Well I run to the curb and start puking as im sitting down, I slowly start to lay my head down because I wasnt feeling well when all of the sudden I get a sudden blow to my head with happened to be a hard kick to the side of my head, I instantly blacked out and from what witnesses said he punched me continuously 5 to 6 more times after I was already knocked out.

After someone pulled him off because it just happened so fast alls he said was "hmm, I guess I killed him" and he jumped in his truck and drove away. Next thing I remember is the paramedics shining lights into my eyes asking if I know my name, as soon as I got on the stretcher I blacked out again. The cops found the guy 30 min. later at his house and arrested him, he was later released. I WILL be pressing charges to the fullest extent and getting every penny I can out of the guy. I will provide more information as I acquire it. Lawyers will be called tomorrow. Here are some further pics to show the outcome of my attack.

No this was not at the bar, we had just left saddle ranch at westgate. The assault happened at the apartments off of central and bell

this is why I dont like going out that much, and when I do I make sure I am with a group of friends. In my experience the bars/clubs in scottsdale have a lot less fighting/drama than most other places. To many loose cannons out there! I hope you make a quick recovery and I hope that guy gets whats coming.

Thank you everyone for all the well wishes, im feelin okay for now. This concussion kinda blows but not much I can do about it. Just hope I get whats owed to me and that ****er gets whats coming to him. Just want to get a pretty penny out of all this. I deserve at LEAST that much

Yeah ill recover much quicker if a new 2011 Gt500 was sittin in my driveway. Ill tell the lawyers Ill settle with that and not take him to court if thats what I get =P

Id try to leverage the "I guess I killed him" to tie in with attempted homicide or some other felony. Something more than just a simple, BS misdemeanor battery charge.
