anyone still going?

I'll be there with the 2000 Silver Mustang FR500 wheels. I'll make a few passes but I know I wont break out of the 12's since I dont feel like putting the 15" wheels on. Especially since I have to waste a hour of my day replacing a shredded belt.

I'll probably get there around 630 or 7...hopefully the inspection line isnt too long. I dont need help just cost me a few bucks at the hobby shop on base just dont want to carry 2 60 pound wheels up 3 flights of stairs and then back down the next day, FML.

lot of cars out last night...My best pass was my last one, 12.1 at 115. My car was all over the place kept blowing the tires off and the shifts were lagging a bit. Nice to see some outlaw cars making some shake down runs.

I seen your last or second to last pass were you let off.. the track was surprisingly busy.. not a bad night at all.. some pretty fast chrysler stuff out there last night..

yeah that old school charger that had a SRT-8 swap was cool as shit. Those 300's were moving fast and a few other 12 second fatties out there.

Thats all beyond my ability. I dont have PRP or a handheld tuner. I have to go to the dyno and let them work it out...shit I paid for it so I will keep going to get my adjustments as needed. Sucks, but more convienient then me guessing and reading that big ass SCT book on tuning.

And even then that book leaves you with enough knowledge to be dangerous..lol... So if you don't have a handheld.. what are they using to tune it.. the shops xcal?

I do have a auto car and this is the second time I've blown out a hi flow cat
they told me its to close to the super charger and to put long tubes on it
must heat it up just enuff and then blows out the center its not melted
guess I could go with ceramic cats but I really did want long tubes anyway

did you end up getting the kooks setup? For your car that would probably be the best setup. there cats are even set up a little bit better than bbk's.
