What is this deal with this event?

Is this a cruise or an organized illegal street racing event?

Its not Illegal to drive you car and park in a parking lot. I dont believe he said anything about racing either.

People get really paranoid now a days. If your not racing or acting like a dumb ass you shouldnt have anything to worry about.

Wrong, they can arrest you by just spectating "being there" with intent to race. If there is racing and your around, you can be charged. Its a shame that people cant enjoy events like this since there is always the rice that seems to ruin it for everyone.

think thats why they are calling it oldschool night. but yes, if there is racing, which i doubt would happen on bell (they normally meet there, and race elsewhere), spectating is a crime too. but, as i said, the racing is done elsewhere. so, i think it sounds like a fun event.
