Hello everyone,

Its nice too see other AZ people here talking Mustangs. I'll be at Firebird tomorrow night and at the Cruise on Central April 3rd. Anyone going to Firebird for Friday Night Drags tomorrow? Here's a couple of pics, enjoy! :icon_cool:

Very nice car you got there! some pretty big tires on there. what tire are those nittos?

Thanks man, you have a VERY nice car yourself. The rears are Nitto 555r 305/45/18 on 18x10 deep dish wheels and the fronts are 235/55/17 on 17x8 wheels. They aren't the EXACT tires I would choose, but I got all four wheels and tires for $600 so I can't complain. I'll probably go for a 295/40/18 or something like that when I replace the rears.

Thank you. Wow i have the 555r extremes on my truck. i used to have the nt05 nittos but those wore down really quick! but 600 for that setup is awesome!

Exactly, for $600 I was all over it. This is the first time I have had drag radials, so I need more practice launching. I Went last Friday and going this week as well, my 60 ft times stink! 2.0 60ft last week (keep in mind its my first time EVER with drag radials) so hopefully it'll come down this week..

Thanks man! That avatar of yours is chirping them into third, however mine doesn't do that with these drag radials! haha.

13.7 @ 103 with a 2.0 60ft last week.. I was hoping for 13.5 or better, but I guess I need driver mod.. :)

Tomorrow at Sanderson is "Super Ford Shootout".

Bring your car over then go to the drags in the afternoon.

Show runs 9am-3pm.

Cool, I stopped by the mustang show last weekend at Berge Ford and there was some nice stuff! Perhaps I'll stop by if I can get out of bed!!!!

Also thanks for the compliments fellas, now I need to decide what mod comes next. Here's what I have:

JLT intake/Bama race tune
pypes or/x with stock axlebacks
Steeda tri-ax
drag radials

What should be next? Gears? Pulleys? Let's hear some ideas!!
