So the Wild West Mustangers made another big showing at the monthly Sanderson Show. But were expected to as they are our sponsor. This time was bigger than usual as it was the kickoff to Sandersons "Operation Santa Claus" Christmas charity drive. Local ABC 15 conducted live broadcasts for the 4, 5 and 6 news featuring KMLE "Camel Country" 108s "Tim & Willy" morning hosts. Wild West was expecting an on air mention, but we didnt get one.
Wild Westers, heading left, starting with Austin Bs 69 Grande, Dave Hs 66 fastback, Georgie Fs 96 Gt vert, Craig Fs 71 Boss 351, Chad Ls 70 fastback,

The band, which was GREAT and not the usual "Arizona Bop Cats" that have been there for the previous shows. I like these guys better.

Tim, with his back to us and Willy gearing up for the broadcast standing in front of member Wade Ks 07 GT, with Rick Ss 66 fastback alongside sporting his road race wheel and tire set up. The red Shelby featured is not from a club member, that Im aware of, yet.

And the video. Starting off with my view of the 5 PM broadcast with Georgie talking smack about some members, followed by actual show footage and a song from the band, then the 4 PM airing, with me in the far brackground hastily cleaning away the bug debris from the Montezuma Castle trip the weekend before, then the 5 PM show, with not only me AND the GO promenent, but also Treasurer Georgie in front of me, Rich G behind me and Austin and his girl off to the side, then the 6 PM show with Georgie, Austin and his girl briefly glimpsed, then an add on about Fords Safe Teen Driving program.
