Need Mustangs !

Went to the eastside "pavillions" tonight (East of Superstition Springs mall in the Kmart parking lot for those who dont know). Quite a few cars if you like CHEVYS,about every Camaro,Chevelle, etc.. Lot of oldies ,but NO Mustangs ! Was surprised none were there. The event organizer was handing out flyers for the Mustang an Muscle Car show Feb 13. Sponsered by Berge Will be at Falcon Field at the CAF. A non-judged show, an opportunity to get your car photographed with a P51 Mustang. Also special parking for Mustangs. Its on the calender, day before the pancake breakfast.

I was at the Kmart on the 3rd. Had my 09 daily driver there since it was nice and clean. Was kinda parked around some mopars and chevys. I was debating going to that show at Falcon Field. Anybody know what we would be parking on? Last year a couple of my friends went and they had to park on grass and then drive on a dirt lot following a water truck :-\ Not a big fan of that....You have joined yet Mr Competition Orange??? Better hurry up...

It will be asssssfault all mustangs will be on it. It is a mustang show but the chevy's and mopar's Whined like little girls and insisted they come thats why its mustangs and muscle not mustangs and mustangs. I was just at the bucket blowers and bombers if need be go into that thread and look at some of the photos

the show at falcon field will be a badass time! i loved the buckets, blower and bombers. such a good time! and who wouldn't want a pic of thier stang with a wwII stang?!?!?

Buckets, Blowers & Bombers was a lot of fun. Hot Rod Planet Promotions puts on great shows. From what I understand Mustangs (cars) will have their own parking area, hence the registration so they know who is registered for the preferred parking.

The CAF hanger is a great museum for those interested in aerial combat history. I have heard a rumor there may be other warbirds coming in, but have not been able to confirm that info.

At the "Gathering of Legends" show put on by CAF, the two P-51 planes that were there were "Cripes-A-Mighty" and "Stang". Both in fantastic condition. During that show "Maid-in-the-Shade" CAF's B-25, A British Spitfire, "Sentimental Journey" CAF's B-17 and a 3rd P-51 two seater all either flew in or took off. Great to hear those engines sing! Very appropriate since Falcon Field was a WWII training airfield!

yea, i have been going to safeway on 83rd in peoria sat nights. , that is where mustangs are, does this site have a e mail newsletter? i joind a while back and get such little feed back. if so let me know. if we knew better where we wanted to meet to show, we would have a better turn out i think

Just a FYI, As of yesterday when I talked with the event coordinator, It was 60% all other vehicles, and ONLY 40% Mustangs, so come on all you mustangers get in and register. He said its filling up fast and there is only room for 225 period. So time to register :) This show is for the Mustang and he wants a large showing of OUR babies

Copperstate Mustang Club has a monthly Newsletter, and we do Lots of way cool things. check us out at www.copperstatemustangclub.com (http://www.copperstatemustangclub.com) we have a few members whom live on your side of town and we take turns doing events on both sides. :)
