I just did thid for my daughter this morning and she went nuts!

Create login and password
Type your childs name in, and pick a picture off your cpu. Gives you sizing options as well.
A video then comes up (get the child in the room, I woke my daughter boasting SANTA EMAILED YOU!!)
The vid comes up, Santa talks a lil, then shows your childs name that you typed in on the NICE list!
He then shows the picture you uploaded (i did my daughters face) so they really think it's real!
It was the best thing seeing my 7yr old light up this morning!
