Tony (AZMGT) is a friend of mine. He told me about this place.
I still think I'm a little ( well a lot) under powered to be here, but anyway here we are.
My wife & I have a 1966 Stang that we are starting the restoration on.
It is a 200 I-6 with a Clifford Performance 1 - 2 bbl adapter with a Holley 2300. The new motor is only two years old.
I have rewired the car bumper to bumper with a new wiring harness and blade fuses. I now don't have to stand on my head to change a fuse. I put the fuse box where I wanted it.
Also installed a Mallory electronic distributer (thanks Tony for the help with that)
I have dynamatted the interior and installed all new carpet. I have a custom audio replica sterio. I have AC as well. The C-4 is shifted through a HURST rachet shifter. C-4 is getting a little tired as it came out of a 72 Maverick in 1991 from a junk yard. STill going after the 300,000 miles we have put on the Mustang since 1991.
Still to be installed are new rear springs and shackles, rear 3/4" adjustable sway bar. 1" lowering springs up front and a 1" front sway bar.
Does anybody know if a set of chrome 16" 4 lug cobra rims will fit a 1966 4 lug mustang?
Any way here are some pictures of our classic
