Is the drivers side messed up? Or are those just fingerprints in the suede?

Drivers seat isn't messed up anywhere it's just the finger prints and darkening of the suade when you run you hand over them.The passenger side seat (left seat in pic) is the one missing the plastic c-clip shoulder bracket that holds the seatbelt. The clip was cracked off from the accident and I simply removed it all together to avoid any accidental scratches or tears .
